At Your Funeral

At Your Funeral is a death metal/hardcore band out of Lynwood, California. They came to life in late summer of 2005, by Emilio and Diego on guitar, Chris on vocals and Brian on drums. Soon after a few months, Chris announced his departure from At Your Funeral in Late of 2005. In early 2006, Miguel bonded in on vocals and Brian was kicked out of the band due to lack of dedication. Soon after Brian’s departure from the band, Sal came in on drums fitting perfectly on our genre. For a while, we continued to play without a bassist until in med of 2006 Peter came in on bass. In med of 2007, Peter was also released due to lack of commitment. Again, we continued to play without a bassist until Damian decided to join.

With this perfect line up, we continue to make our music more experimental by mixing gravity blasts and half times. Our music is filed with heavy paced riffs from some of our death metal influences, Slams & crushing skull breakdowns.

Playing & Headlining various shows in the state of California at your funeral built a sizeable fan base bringing death metal and hardcore together with rotting emotions and anger. In spring of 2008 we played the main stage at our first fest [spring breakdown fest]. In summer 2008, we will be going on tour in early july.
