FELLGUARD

Fellguard started in January of 2007, in Murrieta, Calif., but became complete in October of ‘07, and in their very first performance won “First Place” at the City of Murrieta Battle of the Bands! They were recently honored with the award of “Best High School Band 2008” at the Inland Empire Music Awards in January. As fans of neo-classical metal and old-school classic metal, Fellguard has fused these styles creating a unique sound all their own. Fellguard is now getting an average of 2-3 gigs a month, attending the world famous NAMM Show, gaining momentum among the metal scene, and designing their own custom guitars. They are real musicians who write and perform real songs with real singing. Fellguard has worked non-stop writing and recording new songs, as well as consistently performing in Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego County. People are blown away at their professional and high-energy performances.

Fellguard captures fans who are craving a rock/metal sound reminiscent of past generations but with a new progressive twist. (i.e. Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Dio, Megadeth, Stryper, Judas Priest, Bruce Dickinson, Edguy, Kamelot, Stratovarious, Cellador ect.) The fast growing appetite for quality rock n roll is filled by Fellguard’s hard-rocking yet melodic guitar sounds.

Fellguard’s members include; frontman JAKE PARKER, age 18, (lead vox/guitar.) Jake has been playing guitar for 3 years. He first took lessons at Academy of Music and has been recently taking lessons from famed guitarist of STRYPER, Oz Fox. DILLON BAKER, age 16, (guitar). Dillon has been playing the guitar for 3 years, also first taking lessons at the Academy of Music and now from Oz Fox of STRYPER. Jake and Dillon have known each other since birth and have actually been jamming together for more than five years. Both are dedicated guitarists impressing people with their talent and musicianship. MATT MURROW, age 17, (bass) started playing bass a couple of years ago and is very talented. his great showmanship helps bring FELLGUARD alive. BEN LOUNSBURY, age 17, (drums/keys) has been playing drums for about 2 years and is a very gifted musician. His energetic drum performances have pushed FELLGUARD to the next level.
