G.F.I. is the quintisential hardcore band from san diego california , haveing spanned 16 years of in your face hardcore punk , they dont care about fame or fortune and they certainly will not back down from controversy . what are they all about you might ask ? porn , beer and anarchy , G.F.I. has never apologised for the debauchery and mayhem they leave behind at shows or parties , they beleive in having a damn good time or die trying , party hard , fuck long , and fuck the government . newest member of this gang o hoodlums , Giant Johnson , is also the youngest member at this point a whopping 21 years of age , he has the illustrious task of lead guitar , with a solid back ground in metal we are sure he will bring the band to new and exciting heights , Giants influences include such bands as Megadeth , iron maiden and pantera. A definite asset to the band he will be the best guitarist G.F.I. has had in a long time . Rob, the "lunchbox" is the Newest member of GFI. Although new to the game, he brings more diversity to the band than ever and slaughters all who stand in the front row with one sway of his lethal locks. Pee Pee the sailor , or Kurt for short , aka Pop Eye , has the hands of a butcher chopping and hacking , and slashing his way through the drums , he can put fills and rolls in any thing , with lightning speed and presicion he bring the band to a whole new level of hard core , like never before seen with G.F.I., we dont know who his influences are truly but he keeps muttering bun e carlo and neil pert . finaly Nick Razor the self proclaimed king of punk ,having started the band 16 years ago, is the only surviving original member , he writes most of the lyrics and allows the rest of the band to come up with the music , he is very concerned about the state of the punk scene and the direction it has taken , so he sings about sex , politics(our basic rights ) , beer and sex . he likes long walks , quiet evenigns by the fire , rediculously large breasts , and twinkies ,dont lie to him if you see him at a show just tell him how much you hated it .Nicks influences include the circle jerks , dead kennedys , fear , and the russian symphony orchestra . G.F.I. has enjoyed a reasonable amount of success over the years and they dont measure it in money or fame , but by how many national act bands they have had the pleasure of playing with , some of these names include the circle jerks , d.r.i , agent orange , nofx , dr. know , and many others they were even included on the 2005 warped tour , but in all this they have held to one true goal , having as much fucking fun as humanly possible , "punk rock is a state of mind , not a fashion statement " it is an idea that we can be individuals and we dont have to do what you say and if you dont like it dont listen or just fuck off . thank you for visiting our myspace site and we hope you have a pleasant flight , tell a friendabout the site, have a coke and a smile, and dont forget to wipe till the paper is clean .
