We are IU. We have recorded, engineered, and produced our debut CD: Peace & Revolution on our own in a search of the rawness that made Rock ‘N’ Roll what it was at its best and what, we feel, is missing from rock today. This recording effort, combined with professional mastering and packaging, gives this CD a degree of the slickness that is necessary for survival in today’s market.
We are putting our efforts into allowing the music to help the climate of our society become more socially conscious by helping people who are less fortunate than most. We have played in a number of benefit shows and continue to pursue booking shows like these. Our music is a direct result of society and made for the people. The music is peaceful but not ignorant of our world’s situation and therefore it is demanding.
