Loud Residence

Admittedly there are far too many bands out there whose goal is to “make it big in the mainstream” and attempt to do so without the talent or the appeal to back it up. Loud Residence comes across as a band whose universally appealing sound and character is not trite or overreaching, just an extension of who they really are… a great band with great music that everyone can relate to.

Out of Oceanside, California comes Loud Residence whose appeal is found in their upbeat, often radio friendly songs and introspective, uplifting lyrics. Reminiscent of early to mid 90’s stripped down rock, Loud Residence brings their melodic harmonies and driving sound with a powerful stage presence and an even more powerful drive to take their music and message to the mainstream.

The strengths of Loud Residence are in the layers of Geoff McBreen’s ringing, ambient guitar riffs and smooth transitions between chords and harmonies. Vocalist Trevor Stillwell’s soothing vocals both explode and condense within the sways of the music’s motion. Roger Michael anchors the band with his unique, thundering style on the bass. Percussionist Jeremiah Morgan keeps them all in perfect synchronization with his impeccable time signatures.

The bands songs are triumphant, but never overblown, which makes Loud Residence a sure favorite amongst those who need a break from the dismal themes that rock music often presents. Loud Residence strives toward a hearty career of marketable and memorable performances, fame, and success.
