Negative Filter is a 3 piece Alternative Rock band, based out of Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, CA. The band consists of members Daniel J. (Vocals & Guitar), Alex Brahms (Drums), & Leonso Nuñes (Bass).
Their music can be classified in the Alternative Rock genre with roots that dig deep into Rock, Metal, Blues and Electronic music. Their music can be compared to the styles of Stained, Chevelle, Sloth, A Perfect Circle and Nickelback.
Since the band was formed back in July of 2002, they have recorded 3 demos, perfomed up and down the Baja and played well known spots in South and North San Diego County, such as Dream Street Live, The Jumping Turtle, Woody’s and Malone’s.
The band is currently working on their self titled independent release that is due to be out by late December.
