Oh No Not Stereo

Takeover Records recently signed the Los Angeles-based pop-rock super group Oh No Not Stereo, a band that has been heavily sought after by both indie and major labels alike. Though they independently released their self-titled EP in 2006, the band nationally re-released it with Takeover on February 20th, with Caroline Distribution. Oh No Not Stereo are continuing to own the Hollywood scene, plastering the streets with there genre breaking music. “Their live performance kills it”, said label head Benjamin Harper (Yellowcard). “There’s no doubt that this band will go places... they're touring animals.” Formed in the summer of 2003, the energetic 'once-duo' (Sky and Myk) has grown musically, physically and mentally over the years. Finally ONNS became a fully dynamic rock quartet in 2007 with the addition two touring musicians Pat O’Donnel formally of the legendary Knifefight and Mike Rosenthal a former founding member of the powerful and popular So. Cal punk band Eight Fingers Down. Finally in 2007 ONNS are the band that they have always envisioned. Between the quartet they have over 15 independently booked national tours under there belt, including three warped tours and a few south-by-southwest, collectively covering 40+ states and most of Canada. This nationally accredited act have always taken the DIY approach to their career by putting out an independent full-length in 2005 and their six-song EP in 2006 with no label assistance. Possessing a work ethic that just won’t quit, Oh No Not Stereo is currently working on their sophomore LP, which is tentatively set to be completed in the summer of 2007. The boys plan to continue their relentless touring; consistently delivering their mind-blowing, refreshing set to avid music lovers across the world.
