If you don't know him now, you will soon...
Living just on the outskirts of Riverside, California, birthplace of such established musical acts such as Gwen Stefani / No Doubt, Blink 182, Alien Ant Farm and many more, RW BIVINS, cousin to StereoMud (Sony Music Group)'s John Fattorusso, is already establishing a strong following as one of California's most prolific and unique unsigned artists...
Not even finished with his debut album titled: "THE HATE DIVINE", BIVINS is working diligently on many exciting projects: He is currently involved in the Samsung / Rockstar Unsigned Battle of the Bands virtual competition and holding strong by maintaining a position in the TOP FIVE of all bands as he continues to climb the charts daily.
He is also going to contribute some vocal hooks on upcoming material for 40 GLOCC, an artist with 50-Cent's label G-Unit and Infamous Records.
With a massive amount of traffic to his band profile on Myspace showing record breaking numbers in just a few short months, the strong and positive reception of his original material, and his undeniable live stage presence, BIVINS is on his way and people are listening.
An experienced performer spending most of his young life as the frontman in bands, BIVINS has become known for his trademark style of blending Hard-Rock driven by powerful melodies on a piano with the addition of deep emotional and clean melodic vocals.
He is often referred to as being a modernized and more intense version of DreamTheatre, the second coming of H.I.M. and a twist of Johnathan Davis from KoRn.
Now touring throughout California, RW is following in his cousin's footsteps and making an impact redefining what hard rock is about.
And he has only just begun...
In his first album, BIVINS brings strong hooks along with emotionally gripping lyrics that challenge ideals about our world today. In the title track "The Hate Divine" he calls out people who commit terrorism in the name of divinity yet perform their acts based on hatred of others. "Fake Reality" is another emotional song written from the perspective of a loved one in a coma and asking to be set free from their pain, "Darkest Dream" is a song about domestic abuse and escaping tragedy. With these, and other songs to be featured on his upcoming debut album, Bivins is writing songs with a purpose and making people re-think about topics in emotionally serious ways...
Stay tuned... things are just about to begin.
