Based out of Santa Ana, California, the good bites are an upbeat garage-pop trio with a sound that sits somewhere between good ole' rock-n-roll and some seriously catchy pop tunes. With a wide range of influences from Creedence Clearwater Revival to the Buzzcocks all the way to Ween, the good bites definitely have a unique sound going............and it works very well. Either way you look at it, their songs and strong melodies are guaranteed to bump around in your head after a couple listens!
The good bites consist of Jake Rogers on guitar/lead vocals, Kerry Porter on bass guitar/vocals and Christina Chan on drums. Formed in the summer of 2009, the good bites are already gaining quite the internet fanbase and are currently playing shows throughout Southern California to a rapidly growing audience. With 2 E.P.s currently available, they are hard at work on their debut album, due out in early 2010.
