The Maension

The Maension seems to be landed from a different place in space and time, their sound is a like an explosion of light screaming out of the darkness. Listening to their songs can take you places you haven't visited in a long time, like a marching army of souls demanding their own place in this world they are not afraid to explore their own direction. You could name a few bands that could have influenced them, but none that they resemble. The lyrics are enticing and merit special attention; they are introspective, dark and inspirational and perfectly complete the otherworldly sound of the band. The band's core comes from Italy, where with a previous project they toured extensively for years and achieved radio play of several of their songs. They have been calling Hollywood home for 4 years and their new band is now ready to take off. Their Debut EP is scheduled for release in March 2007.
