The Matt Kenney Band

Lysle Cease (Guitar) met Matt Kenney (Vocals) on the golf course in 2003 and they both figuired out quickly that they had to be better musicians than golfers. I guess you'll have to be the judge of that. The Boys hooked up with Raul Perez(percussion) and Rocker Sally Collins (bass) and the rest is history. The Band plays local clubs in SoCal - Please check our Calendar section for upcoming shows. The band combines a little Old School Rock ‘n’ Roll, 80ies Rock, Pop, Alternate Rock and even a little Funk here and there. We mix in our originals with cool covers! We like to think we play music that everybody can enjoy.
